I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California (MFC# 47036) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Richmond. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2005.

 

My approach is integrative, combining cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and other traditional psychotherapy modalities with mind-body techniques and mindfulness exercises. I believe that this blended perspective offers a holistic view of the individual to help achieve growth and insight in all areas of life.

 

I am a clinical supervisor who works with interns and trainees and enjoys supporting new clinicians' education and development as therapists.

 

I am also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
